Urban Library Trauma Study – Urban Librarians Unite | 2019 – 2022
The Urban Library Trauma Study (ULTS) used emancipatory and participatory action research frameworks to explore how public library workers in urban centers experience trauma while providing library services and create a path forward for exploring institutional and individual solutions that will enable library workers and their institutions to continue providing vital library services to communities in need while still caring for the well being of staff.

Librarians Serve Refugees – Urban Librarians Unite | 2017- present
Librarians Serve Refugees is an effort to bring together resources and assets to help libraries serve refugees and immigrants. The website is a constantly growing resource built by volunteers.

Urban Librarians Conference – Urban Librarians Unite | 2012 – present
Conceptualized and organized 10 successful annual conferences centered around urban librarianship. The Urban Librarians Conference was created to be an affordable conference option for front line staff in urban settings.

Where in Queens Database – Queens Library | 2014
Worked to create a database of social services in queens, designed to be easily accessed by a mobile phone. The mobile website www.whereinqueens.org helped patrons find the social services closest to their point of need.
